This incident caused the temporary closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 parking area.

Two more people are now in custody related to a theft at Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals were injured by what is thought to be an irritant spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was taken into custody in Lambeth on suspicion of robbery and assault and a woman, 23 was arrested for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. Both individuals remain in custody, authorities confirmed.

The arrests follow an investigation into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Prior to the incident, a pair of female travelers were robbed of their luggage after getting out of a car park lift.

A three-year-old girl was one of the those hurt during the incident. Five people were taken to the hospital for medical care and were later released.

Officers detained a man in his thirties for suspected theft and assault close to the scene. He was subsequently released under investigation while inquiries continue.

Authorities were alerted at about 8:10 in the morning GMT after reports came in regarding a number of individuals injured by a noxious substance thought to be pepper spray.

The assault - an event that authorities stated was isolated and not being treated as terrorism - resulted in delays to rail services and the partial closure of the main airport tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park briefly.
